I made a dish the other day and it was very delicious! (No regrets) So, i decided to share it with you guys! Here's the recipe:
Golden Fried Salmon:
INGREDIENTS :
1) diced salmon
2) 2 fresh eggs
3) tomato sauce
4) sliced tomatoes
5) chopped up garlic
6)2-3 table spoons of soy sauce
7) olive oil or any other kind
DIRECTIONS :
- Pour oil into frying pan.
- Lightly cook the salmon until fried and crispy. =))
- Once cooked, bring out the salmon onto a bowl and leave to cool.
- Pour in oil into frying pan, add the garlic in and stir fry until fragrant .
- Beat the fresh eggs, then pour in the beaten eggs . Cook it till it becomes scrambled eggs (stir fry after about 1 min-keep stirring till scrambled).
- Put in the sliced tomato then mix well, add in tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix well again.
- Pour in the mixture over the fried salmon.
Then serve!
Basted Salmon:
What you will need:
- One big slice of salmon
- One fresh orange (to make into juice)
- Oyster sauce
- Salted butter
- Parsley/Coriander stalks
- One tomato
- Soy sauce
- Oil
What to do:
- Heat up the pan, and add oil.
- Once the oil is heated, place the raw salmon in with the salmon skin facing downward.
- Let it sizzle until it is half cooked, then flip the salmon over so that the whole salmon will be thoroughly cooked.
- Once the salmon is cooked, take it out and place it on your serving dish.
- Pour a little oil into the pan again.
- Add in some slices of salted butter (up to you to put how much you would like)
- While stirring, add in the oyster sauce, and soy sauce (not too much).
- Lastly, add in the orange juice, parsley/coriander, and the tomato in. Stir well.
- For the final touch, pour the sauce onto the cooked salmon and serve! :))
Preparing the sauce
- Peel the orange and squeeze it in a bowl to make orange juice
- Cut the tomato into smaller slices
- Cut the parsley/coriander stalks into small pieces
Enjoy
