Cranberry Cornflake Cookies

this is x3 the normal amount – more cookies :))

Ingredients:

Mixture A:

◦ 360g unsalted butter

◦ 150g icing sugar (sifted)

◦ 6 egg yolks

Mixture B:

◦ 405g plain flour (sifted)

◦ 90g cornflour (sifted)

◦ 300g cornflakes

◦ 150g dried cranberry

✧༝┉˚*❋ ❋*˚┉༝✧

Directions:

  1. Cream A until smooth
  2. Fold in B and mix well with A.
  3. Proportion the completed mixture of both A and B into round bite-size balls.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170 C for 20-30 mins or until the cookies turn golden brown.
  5. Let the cookies cool and serve! 🍪
