It’s quite a while since I last posted a recipe.. so here’s a super simple one on how I make my guacamole (served with chips of course!):

Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 ripe avocados – peeled, diced, pitted, and mashed (you don’t really need to mash all, leave some un-mashed (is this even a word lol) it will taste really good eating some avocados just like that)
- 1/2 or 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 or 1 teaspoon saltΒ
- 3-4 diced shallots
- 1 stalk of chopped fresh cilantro/parsley
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
(increase the amount of ingredients if it’s for more people)
Directions:
Mixed all the prepared ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for about and hour and serve! Mmmhh… yum!!
It’s best eaten chilled! I love having it with tortilla chips – it is healthy you know? ~
