Guacamole 🥑

It’s quite a while since I last posted a recipe.. so here’s a super simple one on how I make my guacamole (served with chips of course!):



  1. 2 or 3 ripe avocados – peeled, diced, pitted, and mashed (you don’t really need to mash all, leave some un-mashed (is this even a word lol) it will taste really good eating some avocados just like that)
  2. 1/2 or 1 lime, juiced
  3. 1/2 or 1 teaspoon salt 
  4. 3-4 diced shallots
  5. 1 stalk of chopped fresh cilantro/parsley
  6. 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced

(increase the amount of ingredients if it’s for more people)


Mixed all the prepared ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for about and hour and serve! Mmmhh… yum!!

It’s best eaten chilled! I love having it with tortilla chips – it is healthy you know? ~
